“Due to my father’s work, as a child we were always travelling someone - often overseas to a new and exciting place. As a result of this I have always had a strong affinity for aeroplanes and being in airports. I’ve always found common spaces - that people all have an experience of - to be interesting to explore and document. This truly was an incredible scene, the serenity of the empty lounge set against the picturesque plane in the background.”
